If you would like to register you child for a class or summer camp
please use the following steps:
- Look over the information on the website or in one of the Clinic Brochures
- Call or email the clinic to check on availability and hold your spot
- Mail the registration information and the deposit to the clinic
We accept checks and credit cards for payment
It is important to note that just mailing the registration without contacting
the clinic beforehand will not guarantee you a spot. Classes fill quickly and
your selection may not be available.
